Our City Handyman is owned and operated by Dan Wiandt. Dan graduated from Strasburg Highschool with Automotive Technician certifications from Buckeye Career Center and immediately joined the U.S. Army. He served 10 years in various combat areas and overseas locations, first as an Infantryman, then as an Unmanned Aircraft Technician. After being honorably discharged in 2020 Dan has focused on self-development, learning new skills, and dedicating his free time to several local non-profits. He is an active volunteer at the Reeves Museum both as a tour guide, and handling any of their handyman needs as he is experienced with historical conservation and property management. He also serves on the Board of the Tuscarawas Arts Partnership and strongly believes in how powerful access to artistic expression and opportunities can be for bringing together a community. Our City Handman Services is registered as a Disabled Veteran Owned and Operated small business and is ready to help keep your home or business in perfect condition.

We can source materials and fixtures for you, and help you pick out what fits your style and budget. We will also install fixtures you have already purchased, provided they are in good working order, and fit the application.
Yes! Our City Handyman Services is fully insured and can provide proof of insurance upon request. We take safety and security very seriously, and believe you should require any person you trust to do work for you to be fully insured against accidents.
